If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at help@souvenirmagnetshop.com. Please include your order number, a clear photo, and a short video showing the issue. Once approved, we’ll issue a full refund, and the damaged item does not need to be returned.
For other returns, contact us within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
