Overview

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from SouvenirMagnetShop. If for any reason you’re not happy, we offer a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Because every magnet ships directly from our own factory in Quanzhou, Fujian, returns are handled by us directly — there is no third-party reseller in the middle. Please contact us before sending anything back, so we can issue you the correct return instructions and address.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 7 days of delivery if your item arrives defective, damaged in transit, or you received the wrong product.

To process your claim, please send us both a clear photo and a short video of the damage to help@souvenirmagnetshop.com. Once verified, we’ll refund you in full — no return shipping required. We do not ask you to ship a damaged $4.99 magnet halfway around the world — photo + video evidence is enough.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for non-defect reasons:

  • Custom or personalized magnets — produced specifically for your order
  • Gift cards
  • Bulk wholesale orders — covered by separate wholesale terms agreed at the time of purchase

Natural variations may occur in our magnets due to hand-painting and resin-molding processes — slight color differences, brush-stroke texture, and tiny pigment variations are evidence of authentic hand-finishing and are not considered defects.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item — or once a damaged-on-arrival case is approved — we’ll notify you of the outcome:

  • If approved, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
  • The original shipping cost is non-refundable, and will be deducted from your refund if your order qualified for free shipping over $49.9.
  • We do not offer exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please place a new order separately — this is the fastest way to get the magnet you actually want.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us and we’ll trace it.

Return Shipping

To return your product, please contact us first for our return address and instructions.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable — Asia & Americas $9.9, Europe & Africa & Oceania $12.9 (see our full Shipping Policy).
  • For higher-value returns, we recommend a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance — once a package is in the return courier’s hands, we cannot replace lost shipments.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason. The item must meet our standard return conditions: unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase. After cancellation, your refund is processed within the same 5–10 business day window.
