🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free worldwide shipping on orders over $49.9.

For orders below $49.9, a small shipping fee applies based on your destination (typically around $9.9–$12.9). The exact cost for your country is always shown at checkout before payment.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to 77 countries across 6 continents — Europe (29), Asia (18), Africa (17), South America (6), North America (5), and Oceania (2). View the full country list and exact transit times on our Shipping Policy.

How long does delivery take?

Total delivery time = Processing (1–3 business days) + Transit (after dispatch).

My country isn’t on the list — can you still ship to me?

We’re constantly expanding our network. Email us at help@souvenirmagnetshop.com with your country and city — we’ll let you know if special arrangements can be made.

Where do you ship from?

All orders ship directly from our own factory in Yiwu, China — a 3,700 m² facility we’ve operated since 2006. By cutting out distributors and middlemen, we keep prices fair and ensure consistent quality from production to packaging.

📦 Order Status & Tracking

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, we email you a confirmation with your tracking number and the carrier’s tracking link. Just open the email and tap the link to see real-time delivery progress — no separate account or login needed.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Yes — if your order hasn’t been dispatched yet. Email us at help@souvenirmagnetshop.com as soon as possible with your order number and the corrected address. Once dispatched, address changes are no longer possible.

What if my parcel is delayed beyond the estimated time?

Delivery estimates are based on typical conditions. If your parcel is significantly delayed (more than 7 business days past the upper estimate), please contact us at help@souvenirmagnetshop.com and we’ll investigate with the carrier.

What if my package can’t be delivered?

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, we can reship once the correct address is confirmed. Additional shipping charges may apply. Please double-check your address at checkout — we are not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

What are your fridge magnets made of?

Most of our magnets are crafted from high-quality 3D resin with hand-painted finishes. A small selection is made from metal, acrylic, or wood. All pieces are durable, lightweight, and designed for long-term display.

Are the magnets strong enough?

Yes. We use strong magnetic backing that securely attaches to refrigerators, lockers, filing cabinets, whiteboards, and other ferromagnetic surfaces without slipping.

Are these magnets handmade?

Many of our designs feature hand-painted details, especially on 3D resin magnets. Because of this, slight variations may occur — making each piece subtly unique. Crafted by skilled artisans at our 20-year-old factory.

Are these products suitable as gifts?

Absolutely. Our fridge magnets are popular as:

↩️ Returns & Refunds

Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement — we’ll cover return shipping in this case.

For returns due to other reasons (e.g. changed your mind), returns are accepted within 30 days but the buyer covers return shipping. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

How do I request a refund?

Email help@souvenirmagnetshop.com within 30 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A clear description of the issue
• Both a clear photo and a short video of the item (required for damage, defective, or incorrect-product claims)

Once verified, full refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

💰 Customs, Duties & Taxes

Do I need to pay customs duties or import taxes?

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

Most small magnet orders ship without additional fees — fridge magnets are low-value items that typically fall below most countries’ de minimis thresholds. Larger or wholesale orders may attract customs charges. Some countries (e.g. Brazil, Argentina) may also experience extended delivery times due to customs inspection — this is outside our control.

Are you the manufacturer? Why are your prices so affordable?

Yes — we own our factory. Established in 2006 in Yiwu, China, our 3,700 m² facility has been producing souvenir fridge magnets for 20+ years. By selling direct to consumers, we cut out the typical 3–5× markup at airport gift shops and tourist stores, passing the savings to you. Same souvenir — source-factory price.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?

Yes. We work with souvenir shops, gift stores, distributors, museums, hotels, and tour operators worldwide. Wholesale pricing starts at 100+ units. Email help@souvenirmagnetshop.com with your quantity, destination, and intended product mix for a custom quote.

Do you offer custom or OEM designs?

Yes — full custom design service. From concept sketch to 3D mold to finished product, our in-house design team can bring your idea to life. We’ve completed thousands of OEM/ODM projects for international brands since 2010.
