For decades the double-decker was as much a part of Mumbai as the sea breeze off Marine Drive. Run by BEST, these tall orange buses rumbled through Fort, Colaba and Dadar, with every schoolkid racing for the front seat on the upper deck.
When the last one was retired, the city genuinely mourned it — the double-decker had become a rolling emblem of old Bombay, of monsoon-streaked windows and packed evening commutes. This magnet keeps that everyday icon alive in miniature.
Hand-Painted 3D Detail on This Mumbai Souvenir Magnet
Cast in resin and painted by hand, the bus is built in full three-dimensional relief. You can pick out the rows of windows across both decks, the front grille and folding door, and the little black wheels tucked underneath.
The warm orange bodywork carries the gold “MUMBAI” lettering along the side, with the BEST marque lettered in Devanagari just like the real fleet. At 5.3 cm tall it sits neatly on a fridge door and brings a flash of Mumbai street colour into the kitchen.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at help@souvenirmagnetshop.com. Please include your order number, a clear photo, and a short video showing the issue. Once approved, we’ll issue a full refund, and the damaged item does not need to be returned.
For other returns, contact us within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping on non-defect returns. We do not offer direct exchanges; please place a new order if you would like a different item.
