Each Czech Republic Prague framed landmark fridge magnet presents a miniature city scene inside a decorative gold-tone border. Curling leaf-like details and clear faceted accents surround the relief, giving the design the appearance of a small framed picture. PRAHA lettering connects each scene to Prague.

The frame is part of the design rather than a separate background: its curved edges enclose the buildings, streets or river scene. 2. When will my order arrive?

3. Will I need to pay customs duties or import taxes?

International orders may be subject to duties or import taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility. Most small magnet orders do not incur additional fees, but this cannot be guaranteed.

4. Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, we’ll email you a tracking number and carrier link so you can follow the delivery.

5. What if my item arrives damaged or I want to return it?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at help@souvenirmagnetshop.com. Please include your order number, a clear photo, and a short video showing the issue. Once approved, we’ll issue a full refund, and the damaged item does not need to be returned.

For other returns, contact us within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping on non-defect returns. We do not offer direct exchanges; please place a new order if you would like a different item.
