Ordering & Delivery
Shipping is free on orders over $49.90. For smaller orders, the shipping fee is calculated by destination and shown at checkout before payment.

International orders may be subject to duties or import taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility. Most small magnet orders do not incur additional fees, but this cannot be guaranteed.
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, we’ll email you a tracking number and carrier link so you can follow the delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at help@souvenirmagnetshop.com. Please include your order number, a clear photo, and a short video showing the issue. Once approved, we’ll issue a full refund, and the damaged item does not need to be returned.
For other returns, contact us within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping on non-defect returns. We do not offer direct exchanges; please place a new order if you would like a different item.
