We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Souvenir Magnet Shop. If for any reason you are not happy, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at help@souvenirmagnetshop.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalized souvenir magnets
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items

Natural variations may occur in souvenir magnets due to hand-painting and resin molding processes (such as slight color differences or texture marks). These are not considered defects and are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at help@souvenirmagnetshop.com.

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your product, and once the return is accepted, place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please first contact us at help@souvenirmagnetshop.com for instructions and the return address.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
  • For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason. The item must meet the same return conditions: unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
